Mudit & dmagic stone

  1. Excellent animation of your puppet, good use of emotional expression timed to the narrative, use of the 'stone' props and the use of other puppets 'audience'. Well done.! I knew you could let your creativity come through, enjoy playing with the puppets and your end result always speak for itself., remember not to be self critical and your self consciousness disappears. Some tips - I notice you use side-way view telling the story to the other puppets....when you have a chance do try it out with a direct view 'as if' you are telling the story to the audience in front of you...that is 'face to face' view as this helps to see how you can close the distance between the 'animated puppet' and your 'audience listener/viewer' thus engage them directly... instead of watching in the sidelines. In this position your puppet's eye contact with the audience becomes critical as the story develops. I really enjoy your presentation and am very impressed with it. Consider using more of this method in your work with children.

  2. Hi Alex,
Grateful for your comments and tips. The puppet stage using the long bench was not ideal, no space for me to move in. Will do a direct view sometime.
